Different parts of the property called for different solutions
Sunrise completed this work for a custom home builder we work with regularly on high-end homes throughout Long Island. Rather than forcing one fence style to do every job, the property uses four distinct systems where each one makes sense: Guardian Vanishing removable mesh at the pool, black aluminum around the waterfront and architectural areas, custom powder-coated aluminum handrails at two exterior stair runs, and a covered black chain-link enclosure for the dog.
The result is not one oversized fence project. It is a coordinated collection of installations that respond to safety, access, pet containment, architecture and the waterfront setting without making the property feel visually overbuilt.

Each installation has a specific job
Guardian Vanishing at the pool
The pool sits in an open waterfront landscape where a heavy-looking barrier would have changed the character of the backyard. The Guardian Vanishing system creates the dedicated pool enclosure while keeping long views through the property visually open.
Aluminum changes character around the property
Along the water, the open picket pattern establishes the boundary without giving up the view. Closer to the home, decorative spear-top sections and shaped pedestrian gates give the fence a more architectural role. The same material is doing different work depending on where it sits.
Two stair runs, one handrail where each was needed
The exterior steps did not call for full railing systems on both sides. Sunrise fabricated and powder coated a single aluminum handrail for each of two separate stair runs, giving someone a solid grasping point while keeping the stone terrace and architecture visually clean.
A dedicated covered chain-link dog enclosure
The property also needed a separate, practical place for the dog. Sunrise installed a black chain-link enclosure with a chain-link top. The top is not visible in this photograph, but it is part of the completed enclosure.
The value is in coordinating the details, not repeating one product everywhere
This project came through a custom home builder Sunrise works with regularly on high-end Long Island homes. That kind of relationship is built by being able to move from a highly visible waterfront fence, to a visually light pool barrier, to custom fabricated handrails, to a purely functional pet enclosure without treating any of them as interchangeable.
