This second Seaford waterfront project came after Sunrise completed another aluminum installation on the same block. Here, the property meets the canal through a wood-deck bulkhead rather than a raised masonry patio, so the fence had to be planned around a different edge condition.
The finished black aluminum fence follows both the waterfront and landscaped portions of the yard, using an arched pedestrian gate as a focal point at the dock access.

The water-side photographs show the construction condition clearly: the aluminum fence runs along the top of the wood deck/bulkhead assembly rather than across ordinary soil or a masonry patio. That changes the physical context of the installation even though the finished fence remains visually simple.
The same fence continues into the landscaped yard.
Away from the canal edge, the aluminum fence becomes a conventional landscape element. The open pickets stay visually light against the lawn, evergreens and garden plantings while maintaining one consistent fence language around the property.

The earlier Seaford project on the same block used a core-drilled aluminum fence along a raised masonry patio and also included aluminum stair railings. This property used a wood-deck bulkhead. Together, the two installations show why waterfront fencing has to be planned around the property that is actually there rather than repeated from a standard detail.
